Services
Listed below are a variety of services that may be performed during our work together. Each person’s needs are unique and they may be best served by receiving one or more of the services. My compassionate helping spirits will select the best path forward; this list is illustrative and not a menu that the client needs to select from.

Divination
Shamanic divination is a practice of seeking guidance by entering non-ordinary reality—the realm of spirit—to access insight beyond everyday perception. It is a central element of shamanic tradition and involves connecting with helping guides, such as animal or teacher spirits. Through these relationships, practitioners may receive visionary, symbolic, or direct insight about personal or existential concerns. Rooted in ethical intention and respect for the spirit world, the practitioner serves as a mediator who brings clarity, healing, and wisdom back to everyday life.
Power Animal Retrieval
Power animal retrieval is a shamanic practice that restores connection with a spiritual animal helper that serves as a guardian, guide, and source of vital energy. A power animal is a spirit ally embodying specific strengths or “medicine” needed in a person’s life. Many traditions hold that everyone has at least one power animal, even if they are not consciously aware of it. Shamanic belief teaches that trauma, illness, or spiritual disconnection can weaken or sever this bond, leading to diminished vitality or a sense of loss. Power animal retrieval is intended to restore this connection, fostering healing and renewed alignment with one’s deeper nature.

Extraction Healing
Extraction healing is a shamanic practice used to remove spiritual intrusions from a person’s energy field. According to shamanic belief, a person can incur dense or foreign energies through grief, illness, repeated stress, or prolonged exposure to heavy environments. These intrusions may disrupt the flow of life-force energy, contributing to physical symptoms, emotional distress, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection. During an extraction, the practitioner scans the energy field, removes the intrusions, and transmutes them safely. The process is often followed by re-empowerment practices to help restore balance, strength, and energetic protection.
Death & Dying
Healing for the Transition
From a shamanic perspective, death is viewed as a sacred transition rather than an end—a natural passage in the ongoing journey of the spirit. Shamanic traditions approach dying with reverence, offering spiritual support, comfort, and guidance as a person prepares to leave the body. Through spiritual practices, journeying, or ritual, the dying person may be supported in letting go and opening to what lies beyond the physical. This work can also offer healing and reassurance to loved ones facing the transition of someone close to them.

Soul Retrieval
Soul retrieval is a shamanic healing practice that restores lost or fragmented parts of a person’s soul caused by trauma, illness, or overwhelming life experiences. In shamanic traditions, such events may cause a part to separate as a protective response. By retrieving and reintegrating these fragments, the practice seeks to restore wholeness, vitality, personal power, and spiritual integrity. For some people shifts are experienced immediately following a soul retrieval, while for others the effects unfold gradually through integration.
Psychopomp Healing
In shamanic traditions, a psychopomp is a practitioner who guides the souls of the deceased from the physical world to the spirit realm. This work is especially relevant when death has been sudden, traumatic, or confusing, and the soul may be disoriented or lingering. Through spiritual journeying and ritual, the psychopomp seeks to locate the soul and offer compassionate guidance. With the soul’s consent, the practitioner escorts it safely across the threshold, supporting a peaceful and complete transition.
